Role Purpose
To provide support and assist sales staff in producing quotations for ArborSafe products and services
Principal Accountabilities
- Primary role. Assist sales staff in producing quotations for ArborSafe products and services. Produce quotes utilising inhouse software (training provided), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop (training provided) and Acrobat Pro. Manage Pipeline.
- Secondary roles. Produce and update quotation and sales pipeline data for senior Civica management. Assist sales staff in followup on sales leads from quotes dispatched and update inhouse CRM and job management software. Followup on CRM leads from marketing campaigns with objective to produce new quotations. Update CRM and job management systems from lead through to converted sale. Edit and revise quotation information and support material as required to tailor information to the quotation products and services being offered.
- The role required to work/support in Australia hours shift

Essential Competencies
- Accurate mathematical calculation, analysis, cross checking and data entry into all Company systems.
- Attention to detail in compiling all elements of quotation content being consistently methodical and detail orientated.
- Strict adherence to Company process, systems and protocols at all times.
- Excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
- Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (in particular Word and Excel), Adobe Acrobat Pro. Training for company specific software and Adobe Photoshop will be provided.
- Time management excellent time management and organisational skills. With competency in managing competing task priorities within a busy and fast paced environment and communicate and document sales status within the appropriate Company systems as changes occur.
- Timely in provision of quotes and tenders to timelines given. And in updating all sales and conversion data within Company systems as well as communicating client project requirements to scheduling and accounts staff and senior managers.

- Ability to work autonomously however seek direction when required.
- Team
- Working as part of a team supporting sales staff and management whose primary role is to ensure the growth of the business in all products and services offered.
- Flexibility during busy periods to put in extra hours to ensure quotations and sales reporting are delivered within expected timeframes.
- Learning ability to learn new systems and software skills (training provided).
- Proactive in assisting sales staff and working toward all elements of sales objectives and communicating issues as they arrise.
- Honest and open in bringing forward questions, issues, unusual scope requests or service needs to others within the team or senior management.
- Attentive and friendly to prospects, clients and other staff in all interactions.
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills
Produce detailed and accurate quotations utilizing pricing models and quotation templates, software and systems supplied by the company (training provided).
Communicate with other staff and managers changes in sales status to conversion with any associated job requirements from clients or prospects.
Inform and assist accounts and finance staff with job set-ups in company workflow management systems as changes occur or when requested.
Provide general administration assistance to all members of the sales team to ensure their focus is maintained on generating new prospects.
