Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursing Tutor to join our team.

As a Nursing Tutor, you will be responsible for providing instruction and guidance to nursing students, helping them develop the knowledge and skills necessary for success in their academic and professional endeavors.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan and deliver effective lectures, demonstrations, and practical sessions to nursing students.
  • Develop instructional materials such as lesson plans, handouts, and assessments.
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
  • Provide individualized support and mentoring to students as needed.
  • Stay updated with advancements in nursing education and incorporate relevant changes into the curriculum.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive learning experience for students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other activities as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.
  • Serve as a mentor and role model for students, fostering a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing practice or nursing education.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Karnataka, India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Prior teaching or tutoring experience preferred.

Salary:
Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.


Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
