Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging psychology lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of middle school students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance student understanding of psychological concepts and theories.
- Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Foster critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on activities, discussions, and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate social and emotional challenges, promoting positive mental health and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Stay updated on current trends and research in psychology education, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into teaching practices.
- Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MA) in Psychology or related field.
- Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the education industry preferred, but freshers with a strong academic background may also apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with middle school students and understanding their developmental needs.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
