Responsibilities:


  • Develop and deliver engaging psychology lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of middle school students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
  • Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to enhance student understanding of psychological concepts and theories.
  • Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Foster critical thinking skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on activities, discussions, and projects.
  • Provide guidance and support to students as they navigate social and emotional challenges, promoting positive mental health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
  • Stay updated on current trends and research in psychology education, incorporating new ideas and methodologies into teaching practices.
  • Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree (MA) in Psychology or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree (BA) in Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in the education industry preferred, but freshers with a strong academic background may also apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for working with middle school students and understanding their developmental needs.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

Salary:
₹28, ₹35,000.00 per month
