Description
As a Business Development Executive for International Markets in the Ceramic Industry, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business on a global scale.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with international clients, and strategically positioning our ceramic products to capture emerging markets.
This role offers a unique opportunity for freshers to learn, grow, and contribute to our success story while honing essential skills in sales, negotiation, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential international markets, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative strategies for entering and expanding our presence in target markets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, distributors, and partners to establish strong business relationships.
- Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase our ceramic products, highlight unique value propositions, and address client needs.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
- Monitor market developments and provide insights to inform product development and enhancement efforts.
- Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand globally.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong passion for sales, business development, and international markets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and resultsdriven mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
- Adaptability and willingness to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and devise strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Salary:
₹18, ₹25,000.45 per month
