The person on job would work with team to achieve quality as well as productivity standards set by client/business.

Primary Responsibilities:

Daily Processing/Adjustment of cases as per Standard Process instructions to support the ECS Business
Manage assigned Regular task and case
Be able to effectively coordinate with Subject Matter Experts
Be willing to take initiatives at work
Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standards
Flexible as per Business requirements
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or reassignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Graduate
No B-Tech/BSc Computers/ Master qualification/BCA
Work experience less than equal to 1.5 years
No Gap in CV
Appropriate aptitude to work in Business
Bhould have a birth year of 1996 or after that
Fresher can apply
Minimum typing speed of 2530 wpm with at least 9095% accuracy
Open to work in Night shifts (08:30PM IST to 06:00AM IST), Weekends & Indian Holidays
Good English skills both writing and speaking
Fair working knowledge of MS Excel/MS PowerPoint
