Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including CVAD (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops or later), Citrix NetScaler, PVS, StoreFront, Citrix Provisioning and Citrix Workspace.
  • Good in understanding the various upgrade actions on Citrix Products.
  • Should have good understanding and work experience on Provisioning services.
  • Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix and Virtualization operational support.
  • Extensive knowledge and handson experience in troubleshooting Citrix issues in tandem with Application/Windows Operating system issues.
  • Solid understanding and work experience with Citrix infrastructure patch management for multiple platforms.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • At least 5 to 6 years' experience in Citrix XenApp & Provisioning services work.
  • Familiarity with scripting language such as Shell/Phyton.
  • Familiarity with XenApp CVAD 1912 MC/DG/DDC/Storefront, Application virtualization, netscaler.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Active Directory.
  • Strong knowledge base of XenApp/PVS/Storefront/packaging (VdiskCreation/Managing/Troubleshooting).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

  • At least 5 to 6 years' experience in Citrix XenApp & Provisioning services work.
