Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or distribution centres.

Arrange and schedule shipments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and documentation requirements.

Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve any logístical issues.

Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipments, and delivery status using appropriate software or systems.

Monitor and optimize transportation routes and methods to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws.

Work closely with warehouse staff to coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance logistics operations.

Provide regular reports and updates on logistics performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.


Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years

Any graduate

Proven experience in logistics coordination or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.

Familiarity with transportation modes and related documentation processes.

Proficiency in using logistics management software and systems.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle unexpected challenges in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and under pressure, while meeting tight deadlines.


Job Types:

Salary:
₹240, ₹500,000.00 per year
