Lead Generation II Cold Calling

  • Call Existing And Potential Customers To Inform, Convince And Sell The
Company's Products And Services

  • Develop And Sustain Solid Relationships With Customers To Encourage
Repeat Business

  • Accurately Record Details Of Customer's Purchase Orders And Process
Customer Purchases

  • Gain Comprehensive Product Knowledge To Enhance Performance
  • Refer Customer Requests/Complaints To Designated Departments And
Follow-Up To Ensure Action Has Been Take
