Job purpose:

We are looking for an Executive Assistant who brings in a minimum of 2 years of relevant expertise with Pleasing Personality and Good Communication skills, Secretarial support to the MD.


Job Description:


  • Preparing Daily Calendar for MD.
  • Preparing Agenda #Carry out all the tasks allotted by the MD like reading, drafting letters, collecting & analyzing information, initiating communication.
  • Report directly to MD and act as a point of contact for all the internal as well as the external contacts.
  • To work closely with Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the MD.
  • To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the MDs office as and when required like followup and completion of departmental work plans.
  • To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
  • To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board meetings.
  • To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the MDs meetings and any other relevant meetings.
  • To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the MD.
  • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a handson approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the MD's ability to effectively lead the company.
  • Internal and external communication related to MD's office.
  • Always maintain confidentially and privacy in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
  • Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Excellent management, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent administration and secretarial skills.
  • Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
