Job Title:
Sales Executive/Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive/Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and maximizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions to meet their requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales efforts.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge, product features, and market trends to effectively promote and sell our offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the apparels industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within a team.
- Selfmotivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions accordingly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
