Noida, Sector-6- Near to Noida Electronic City Metro Station

Education Qualifications:
Graduate/PG: Any Intermediate/Graduate/PG
**Salary: 20000/- to

/- in Hand +Travel Allowance+ Huge Incentives.**Note

Experience: Minimum 6 Month Year in International BPO Sales Experience is Must_

Shift Timings : 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM& 9.00 PM to 6.30 AM


Fixed Shifts:
Night Shifts

Weekends Off :
Rotational Offs

Work Description:

Responsible for taking Inbound calls from Customers to sell the product and services.


Key Skills:

  • Should have good convincing power
  • Would be required to handle Customer Grievance
  • Should be Comfortable with shifts timing
  • High Level of Patience is required

  • Communicator
  • Attention to Detail,Ability to Research
  • Basic Technical Knowledge
  • Motivator and always encourage the team

Communication:
Excellent comms and Fluency is must
