As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided script.
• Present and explain products/services to potential customers.
• Answer incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, and complaints.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
• Maintain a strong understanding of products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, respond to queries, and resolve issues.
• Keep detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to persuade and influence customers.
• Basic computer skills and PPT Presentation.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
