Location:
Tirupur & Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the real estate market.
  • Understand clients' needs and preferences to effectively match them with suitable properties.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties, pricing, financing options, and market trends.
  • Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients during property visits.
  • Assist clients in negotiating property deals and closing transactions.
  • Handle inquiries and resolve complaints or issues from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies for attracting new clients and promoting properties.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to property transactions, contracts, agreements, and client interactions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as outlined by the company.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Coimbatore and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
