About the role:

Responsibilities:


  • Provide high level of administrative and business support to CEO/Managing Partners.
  • Calendar Management
  • Organizing various Business review meetings, preparing agenda for meetings, follow up for updates on action points with concerned people (Internally as well as for clients)
  • Taking care of guests/visitors in office, and arranging necessary logistics for meetings
  • Coordinate events, podcast by the Leaders, client connect events and communication, etc.
  • Database &

Documentation Management:
maintaining and organizing of information and documents for easy retrieval and maintaining CRM records especially client contacts.

  • Collation of data and creation of simple reports for management to review performance on various internal teams.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate with travel desk and teams for domestic and international booking, visa, forex, insurance, accommodation, local transportation, etc.
  • Build positive relationships within the team

Competencies and Skills:


  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Excellent time management skills; should be very process oriented (ideally strong J in the MBTI profile)
  • Very fluent with oral and written English
  • Attention to detail (and strong orientation to not make mistakes)
  • Professional discretion and ethical standards
  • Critical Thinking to deal with senior leaders and extract necessary data and reportings
  • Organizational skills and tact to drive outcomes without being impolite
  • Strong Interpersonal skills to collaborate with different functions

Education & requirement:


  • At least three years of proven experience in the relevant role or equivalent role.
  • Minimum of Bachelors degree.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Energetic, selfmotivated, passion to learn & plan work in a methodical manner
