Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

Exposure to software testing methodologies (requirements understanding, test scope identification, test case design, test execution and defect management)
Creation and Maintenance of Test Scenarios, Test Cases and Test Data
Documentation of test execution utilizing HP ALM
Effective time management skills, with ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Perform software quality reviews of functional requirements and functional specifications
Effective communication of issues and identified risks in addition of sharing quality reports to Team / Test Leads

Qualifications:

Degree in Engineering (CS/IT/E&C/TC)
2 to 3 years of experience SAP R/3 SD & MM modules and associated business flows like Plan to Procure, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash in retail sector
Experience in analyzing business specification documents (Functional Specification), developing Test Scope, Test Plans and defining Test Cases adhering industry standards
Proficiency in HP-ALM / QC for Defect Tracking, organizing, managing, planning and executing the Tests
Extensive experience in Enhancement, Upgrade & post Go Live implementation support
Understanding of ASAP methodologies and referring business process procedures (BPP) in retail domain will be a plus
