Job Responsibilities and Skills:
- BPO/Customare care representative will manage chats.
- Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills along with active listening.
- Customer focused approach.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and a selfstarter.
- Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Rotational shift
Supplemental pay types:
