Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to identify and attract potential clients for our digital marketing, IT, software, web, and app development services.
  • Research and identify target industries, verticals, and market segments with potential for growth and opportunities for our services.
  • Qualify leads through effective communication and discovery to understand their needs, pain points, and requirements, and determine the best solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads, opportunities, and prospects, utilizing CRM tools and systems to track and manage leads throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to align leadgeneration efforts with overall business objectives and sales targets.
  • Analyze lead generation performance metrics, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, IT, software, web, and app development to identify new opportunities for lead generation

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 35 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the digital marketing, IT, software, web, or app development industries.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective leadgeneration strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation tactics, techniques, and best practices, with proficiency in inbound and outbound marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects, build relationships, and qualify leads.
  • Experience with CRM tools and systems for lead tracking and management, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and optimize lead generation campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
  • Proactive and resultsoriented approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.

Salary:
₹11, ₹44,257.71 per month
