Description

The CRM is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients in the doors and windows industry and collecting payments from them.

The Client Relationship Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the products and services they receive.

They will also work closely with other departments within the company, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure that clients receive timely and accurate information about their accounts and orders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients in the doors and windows industry.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for retaining existing clients and acquiring new ones.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling products and services.
  • Collect payments from clients, ensuring that invoices are accurate and uptodate and that payment deadlines are met.
  • Manage client accounts, including monitoring credit limits, resolving billing disputes, and updating client information.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure that clients are provided with accurate and timely information about their accounts.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments, as well as the company's products and services.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in the doors and windows industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
  • Experience in collecting payments from clients and managing client accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
