Responsibilities:

Invoice Processing:
Receive and review invoices from vendors for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
Enter invoice details into the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
Payment Processing:
Prepare and process payments (e.g., checks, wire transfers, ACH) for approved invoices within established payment terms.
Reconcile payment records and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal stakeholders.
Vendor Management:
Maintain vendor accounts, including updating vendor information, reviewing vendor statements, and resolving payment issues.
Communicate with vendors regarding payment status, inquiries, and discrepancies in a professional manner.
