Staff AuditorYour Responsibilities**The incumbent would be primarily responsible for supporting ADM's SOX program as well as risk assurance work as part of ADM's global Internal audit team member. With majority of time (60% to 70%) being spent, working from Gurugram office on ADM's SOX Program and other regional audit assistance.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in verbal and written formats to ADM colleagues across the globe as well as business partners.
  • Demonstrates potential in leadership skills and ability to make decisions independently
  • Developing critical thinking skills and ability to breakdown complex problems
  • Desire and ability to work in an effective team environment
  • Execution of a testing strategy to verify process effectiveness.
  • Ability to read financials statements as well as foundational understanding of internal controls.
  • Developing aptitude to balance multiple priorities and agility to meet deadlines with desired quality workproduct
  • Inquisitiveness to learn about ADM businesses and identify value add recommendations
  • Developing ability to successfully work through conflicts
  • Developing good organizational skills
  • Proficiency in working with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc.
  • Interest and ability to learn the agriculture industry, commodity trading, and basic geometry
  • Up to 30% travel to ADM facilities, including potential international travel
  • Ability to climb ladders up to 100 feet
  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in CA/ CPA / CIA/ MBA (finance) and equivalent
  • 03 years of experience in internal audit/risk advisory.
  • Familiar with Governance, Risk and Compliance, Accounting Knowledge & External Reporting Acumen, Financial Analysis, Internal Control, Management Reporting
  • A team player to lead the plant team with the focused approach for problem solving with excellent organizational, time management & good communication skills
  • Must have knowledge of Business Analysis & System Design/Implementation, Designing Queries and Reports Using Financial Systems
