Description

To lead and supervise a team of 10-15 engineers in the inspection, installation, commissioning, repair, upgrading, troubleshooting and related service work on offshore drilling platforms/land rigs or in workshops

Liaise and follow up with rig's management in terms of general enquiries and equipment's issue
Communicate with respective engineers for briefing and debriefing of servicerelated activities
To provide guideline and coaching of engineers to improve good quality of work
Review job reports, ISO work instructions and checklists required for all work
Review customer's request and to facilitate quotation submission in timely manner
Comply with NOV company and HSE policies and procedures
To communicate field failures, upgrades work with relevant NOV departments to facilitate smooth execution onsite.
