Main Functions:

Responsible for initiating GMOC for project
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide key documents modified
Minimum OIMS critical documents
Provide document numbers for all known documents changed (either in file name or in description of GMOC
Ensure that all markups are on the latest available revision
Provide clear markups on modified documents
Follow industry standard coloring (red for new, green for delete, blue for comments)
Markups are clear and understandable
All scope is captured by redlines
Provide narrative to explain change
Link all relevant SAP objects in GMOC "Related Objects" section
Ensure that mark ups are clear and contain all scope
Ensure that key documents are not missed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Strong written communication skills as well as routine interactions with Project teams.
Strong computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Well familiar with Instrumentation codes, standards, specification, etc.
Knowledge about markup standards for Addition, Deletion & Update.
Diploma / Degree Instrumentation/Mechanial Engineering or specialized courses in drafting is desirable with preference for technical disciplines.
2+ years of working experience in different type of drawings update or creation
