In this role you will:

  • Define baseline information requirements for the business for system / process changes
  • Build project roadmaps and lead system updates to ensure projects are effectively driven forward
  • Assist with the testing of new functional implementations
  • Use bestpractice methodologies to expertly analyse Salesforce implementations
  • Ensure all agreed solutions are communicated to identified stakeholders and user base
  • Collaborate with the IT Salesforce Business Analyst to resolve user queries and execute solutions
  • Generate expert analysis of support incidents and service requests
  • Be the content expert by providing coaching and training for Salesforce users via onetoone, group and remote sessions, ensuring training documentation and content is refreshed on an ongoing basis
We would love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a degree in Business or relevant administration certification and have grown your Salesforce Cloud experience over more than 5 years
  • Have previous experience successfully delivering complex cloudbased business process redesign projects
  • Are an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Have strong problemsolving skills, business acumen and a commercial mindset to create balanced solutions and recommendations
  • Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines
  • Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
