Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Front Desk/Admin Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Reception Handling:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Providing accurate information to inquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate personnel.
Admin Work Management:
- Assisting in various administrative tasks, including documentation, filing, and data entry and data management.
- Preparing reports and other data and correspondence as required.
- Ensuring office supplies are wellstocked and placing orders when necessary.
Housekeeping and Office Peon Staff Management:
- Overseeing the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises.
- Managing the office peon staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow.
- Addressing any staffrelated issues, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback.
Vendor Management:
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating prices to ensure costeffectiveness.
- Monitoring vendor performance and resolving any issues that may arise.
Distribution and Courier Management:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including courier services.
- Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery of important documents or packages.
- Collaborating with various departments to coordinate distribution needs.
Fluent English Communication Skills:
- Communicating effectively and professionally in English, both written and verbal.
- Handling communication with international clients, if required.
