Customer Support Executive


Location:
Bhatar, Surat

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR per month

Work Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM


Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding product information, technical support, and troubleshooting.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
  • Guide customers through product installation, setup, and usage processes as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fastpaced environment.
  • Empathetic and patient attitude towards customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and helpdesk ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and collaborative attitude.
