- Research, diagnose.
- Troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related support services resolving network Issues.
- Configuring operating systems.
- Onsite installations.
- Correction and repair of clients & broadband service.
- Equipment troubleshooting.
- Customer service and education.
- Detailed record keeping.
- FTTH Connection knowledge.
Required Skill-Set:
- Good communication skill with interpersonal Skill.
- Bike Require.
