_Job Description for HDFC Bancasssurance - Telesales for Mumbai location_

*Roles & Responsibilities
  • Outbound calls with the existing/potential customers
Convert leads into sales

Achieve the revenue targets

Explain and Sell about products/services to generate sales/revenue for the organisation

Develop and sustain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Customer Visit - Incase required

*What do we Require
  • Minimum 1Yr in Sales
Insurance Experience will be an added advantage

Excellent English Communication and customer service Skills

Proven experience working as a telesales executive or customer service role

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone
