General Shift.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Knowledge in fertilizers combination for coir
R&D trials.
Cattle Maintenance.
Garden and landscape maintenance for factory premises.
New Plantation of plants and trees.
Ensure greenery in and around factory.
Co ordination with FPOS for organic coconuts sourcing.
Fair trade certification follow up and implementation.
