How will you contribute to the team?
To perform this role successfully, the individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following:


Experience required Essentials:


  • Masters (M. Arch / M. Sc) or Graduates (B.Arch.) with over 10 years of experience and duly qualified having exceptional work experience track record.
  • Growing evidence of influence across other disciplines and on multidisciplinary projects with a broad technical knowledge base and ability deliver varied technical assignments.
  • Complete knowledge of drawing information; building regulations and other technical documents.
  • Accountable for coordination.
  • Ability to supervise juniors and be responsible for reviewing technical accuracy of the deliverables.
  • Initiates specializations in specific technologies or verticals or sectors through internal certifications or professional charterships.
  • Full understanding of Design Stages of Work CD/SD/DD. Key performer in inter disciplinary coordination. Ability to cross check the design/ scheme for compliance and verify consultant information.
  • Enhances skills in latest technologies/software's to augment existing knowledge and able to leverage the same to streamline the project and time/cost saving measures.
  • Produces clear, concise reports that are submitted for approval.
  • Advanced level of knowledge in Revit with Autodesk certification preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Navisworks for clash detection and good awareness of Dynamo for productivity tools. Awareness of AutoCAD, sketch up, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape and MS Office suite preferred.
  • International work experience and client facing skills preferred.

What will you contribute?

  • Responsible for designing/ detailing the scheme as per the client's brief. Proper resourcing and cost management. Liaise with the planning authority and consultants. Initiates the Multidisciplinary coordination and client discussions. Intermediate reviews and milestone deliveries. Responsible for reviewing the quality and accuracy.
  • Review the project related technical documents provided by LPO and should be accountable for deriving the strategy to setup the project in a manner relevant to the forthcoming stages of work.
  • Able to take a technical lead role in areas of expertise.
  • Able to present their technical work and that of others on the project to the clients.
  • Leads single discipline teams on projects of average complexity or as a Project Information Manager on medium and larger projects and Design Manager on smaller and medium projects.
