Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of interior construction projects, from preconstruction to completion.
  • Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural drawings and specifications for site implementation.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors and onsite crews, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with designers, project managers, and clients, providing regular progress updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, punch lists, and change orders.
  • Identify and implement solutions to onsite challenges and maintain a proactive approach to problemsolving.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment on the job site.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in interior construction site supervision.

Proven experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors and crews.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in construction documents, including blueprints and specifications.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)


Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (preferred)
