Real Estate Sales Manager


Overview:

Responsibilities:


Team Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership to the real estate sales team, setting clear objectives, and fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business goals to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

Recruitment and Training:

Recruit, train, and mentor a team of real estate sales professionals, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce capable of meeting and exceeding targets.


Market Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to adjust sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.


Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Performance Evaluation:
Regularly assess the performance of the sales team, providing constructive feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations for high-value real estate transactions, demonstrating strong negotiation skills and ensuring successful closings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives and initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team productivity to senior management.

Compliance:
Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions, maintaining the highest ethical standards.


Requirements:


Proven Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success in real estate sales with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Acumen:
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.

Strategic Thinker:
A strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

Customer Focus:
Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships.

Analytical Skills:
Proficient in analyzing sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions.

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

Team Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations.

Real Estate License:
Possession of a valid real estate license is required.


Pay:
₹8, ₹40,000.00 per month
