Provide legal support and advice to upper management on relevant legal issues

Draft legal documents such as contracts, statements, agreements etc.
Handle litigation
Keeping up with current changes on all relevant areas of laws and contributing to the enhancement of the knowledge base of the company's legal function
Monitor the implementation of the local laws and regulations and companywide policies.
Calculate and handle risks in business process and decision making
Support business in the ongoing projects/matters and its related Legal requirements and provide pro

- active legal support by acting as a trusted Legal business partner to the relevant stakeholders in the organization.

Handle legal issues related to business development, alliance management, litigation, corporate governance, and labour law, and manage litigation portfolio and external counsel panel. Ensure external counsel is providing a highquality service to the organization and ensure panel is set up and managed in the most costeffective manner.
You will be required to work independently as well as part of various teams and take on projects in addition to the daily day job.

Salary:
From ₹40,000.00 per month
