Role:
System Administration Role with 6 to 8 years of experience.
- Familiarity with various operating systems & platforms
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining of Active directory, DNS and DHCP servers.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining of Desktops, Laptops & workstations.
- Having expertise to install, configure IT & Engineering Applications
- Windows and antivirus patch management on periodic manner
- Good understanding of hardware Issues & printers, mobile devices, and other tech products like MS Teams / One Drive / MS Office / Zoom / Box Drive and tools
- Hardware and software troubleshooting
- User administration (setup and maintaining account)
- Virtual desktop Support
- File Share network issues
- User access and permissions
- Network LAN/Wireless Connectivity
- Video Conferencing
- Checkpoint VPN Issues
- Security Issues
- Sophos and CrowdStrike
- Plugins / Acrobat reader / Slack
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Ability to create scripts in Shell Script or PowerShell
- Proficiency in English
