Your Role and Responsibilities

As a member of the global international tax team, will have the opportunity for broad experience in all aspects of the "cradle to grave" tax life cycle over a period of time.
Work closely with the Tax lead and various other teams including Statutory Accounting, tax accounting, COE's and financial analyst for information collation, analysis w.r.t direct tax compliance.
Responsible for Transfer pricing compliance.
To support on APA Renewal & filing of APA compliance report.
To support on preparation and finalization of TP segmentation.
Responsible for handling Transfer pricing & other litigation at various levels.
Analysing the Assessment orders, filing of appeal/objections with Tax authorities and analysing the tax impact.
Preparation of information and schedules and filing of tax returns of Overseas entities in India.
To support the team on SOX compliance and internal audits.
Demonstrate a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Manage ahead by organising and planning what needs to be done for effective & timely closure of internal and external compliances.
