As the Service Delivery Operations Team grows in team size and locations, there is a requirement for a People Experience Lead to enable a high level of team engagement and employee satisfaction.


Key responsibilities of this role:

  • Own and drive the People Experience plan for Ops Service Delivery
  • Work closely with the People Experience Team to deploy or adapt people initiatives into our Teams
  • Seek feedback from Managers regarding the people needs within their teams
  • Facilitate discussions and generate ideas to improve reward and recognition
  • Own the design and delivery of Team meetings, such as Town Halls and Team Briefings
  • Maintain Organisation Charts and Team Descriptions on Confluence
  • Track and progress open job roles, work with Recruitment to optimise the hiring process
  • Responsible for managing people experience expenses according to agreed budget
  • Ensure reward and recognition plans are in line with firmwide and local regulatory guidance.
Role Requirements

  • Excellent communications skills verbal and written
  • Experience in managing stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong team player
  • Creative able to generate and implement ideas
  • Excellent MS Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Experienced in using Confluence and Jira
