Must have worked on end-to-end implementation in SF Compensation and Variable pay and Support projects.

  • Must have client facing experience and should have roll out experience.

Primary Skills:


  • Must have completed certification on Compensation and variable pay modules of SuccessFactors.
  • Must have clear understanding of EC Integrated Comp, VP templates and process.
  • Should know how to monitor SF defects and discuss design changes and their impact.

Secondary Skills:


  • Must be good at communication.
