Must have worked on end-to-end implementation in SF Compensation and Variable pay and Support projects.- Must have client facing experience and should have roll out experience.
Primary Skills:
- Must have completed certification on Compensation and variable pay modules of SuccessFactors.
- Must have clear understanding of EC Integrated Comp, VP templates and process.
- Should know how to monitor SF defects and discuss design changes and their impact.
Secondary Skills:
- Must be good at communication.
- Should be able to provide innovative, creative ideas solutions to business for better user learning experience.
