About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Fraud & Claims Operations Representative...


In this role, you will:


  • Support fraud and claims functional area by proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, and offer ideas to mitigate risks through effective authentication of customers in order to prevent fraudulent activity
  • Perform moderately complex customer support tasks by utilizing solid communication, verbal and written, skills to establish rapport with customer and to deescalate difficult, as well as sensitive information as a part of resolving a claim
  • Receive direction from managers and escalate nonroutine questions
  • Interact with colleagues on required information as well as external and internal customers through inbound or outbound calling
  • Contact third parties for research

Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Fraud & Claims Management or related businesses.
  • Good knowledge on Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and NACHA guidelines.
  • Regulation-E rules.
  • Strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Expertise in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask to accomplish tasks effectively.
  • Able to interpret the documents or the requests received.
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Analytic skill
  • Good Math and accounts skills
  • Ability to work quickly & accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
  • Quick learner with the ability to retain high volume of information
  • Ability to recognize and escalate any discrepancies identified or noticed while processing.

Desired Qualifications:


  • University degree in Business or related discipline.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
  • Expertise in MS Office

Job Expectations:


  • Highly motivated with strong organizational and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and to work overtime
  • Typing Speed Min 35 WPM
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment.
  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge.

Shift Timings:07:30 PM - 04:30 AM IST.
