Job role:

  • EA to MD (male)

Job Responsility:

  • 1. Managing diaries and organizing meeting appointment, often controlling access to the managing director schedule
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentation, and correspondence
  • Managing complex internal/external meeting, preparing agendas, taking minutes,
follow up actions while maintainig professionalism and confidentiality


  • Excellent communication skills in English and letter drafting in English
  • Serve as the liaison with senior level executives, key business stakeholders, and departmental heads to ensure continuous and efficient operation in the company
  • Take minute of meeting and other necessary related arrangements.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentation for the managing director
  • Meet and greet visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Coordination with department head
  • Consolidate the data and present it to higher management
  • General office Administration and handing documentation
  • Prepare the MIS details
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for managing Director
  • 1.

  • Good oral, written communication skills, pleasant personality.
  • Organiztional skills and the ability to multitask
  • The ability to proactive and take the initiative

  • Good knowledge of MS office

Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or MA in English (MBA will be preferred)

Experience:
Minimum 8years as PA to MD


Salary:


  • 4.5 Lac to 6.0 Lac

Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Experience:


  • 8years: 1 year (preferred)
