Job Description:
Neonatology Fellow

Responsibilities:


  • Provide care to critically ill neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • Attend highrisk deliveries and provide resuscitation and stabilization of newborns
  • Participate in rounds with the neonatology team
  • Communicate with families and provide education on the care of their neonate
  • Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement projects

Requirements:


  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Completion of a residency in pediatrics
  • Boardcertified or boardeligible in neonatalperinatal medicine
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, highstress environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
