Key job responsibilitiesAs a Senior Product Manager for Prime Engagement & Value Communication, you will design the roadmap for communicating value of Prime to existing and potential Prime members.
You will work towards creating a vision of engaging members via savings, milestones, recommendations and gamification as a lever.The role will require you to partner with various teams in India and world wide teams to build and execute on the vision.
The role requires high judgment and understanding to drive right outcomes for the members and business.A core skill for this role is to be able to simplify savings/benefits communication, identify various customer touch points, create architectural changes on various flows and have a good understanding on front end UX.
