Position Overview:

AVES School of Arts is seeking a dynamic and creative Junior Marketing Executive to join our marketing team.

The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing various marketing activities to promote our art classes, workshops, and events.

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves direct interaction with schools, colleges, and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Distributing Flyers and Brochures:

Actively distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures to local schools and colleges to promote our programs and events.

Social Media Sharing:

Manage and share content on our social media platforms to engage with our audience and increase our online presence.

Word of Mouth Promotions:

Encourage and facilitate wordofmouth promotions by engaging with current students, parents, and community members.

Referrals:

Develop and manage referral programs to incentivize current students and staff to refer new students to our programs.

Visits to College Events and Functions:

Attend and represent AVES at college events, functions, and fairs to promote our services and engage with potential students.

Poster Creation:

Design and create eyecatching posters for various events, classes, and promotions.

Identify Influencers and Reach Out:

Identify key influencers within the community and online, and reach out to them for potential collaborations and promotions.

Website Blogging:

Write and publish engaging blog posts on our website to keep our audience informed about our programs, events, and the importance of arts education.

Reels Creation:

Create and edit engaging video reels for social media platforms to promote our programs and showcase student work.

WhatsApp Promotions:

Develop and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns to reach out to potential and current students with updates and promotions.

Additional Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.

SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines to increase online visibility.

Collaboration Posters and Events: Create collaboration posters and participate in planning events in partnership with other organizations.

Referral Programs: Work with artists and staff to develop and implement referral programs.

Influencer Outreach: Reach out to local influencers and build relationships to promote AVES.

Monitor Marketing Trends: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and techniques to improve our marketing efforts.

Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
