Requirements & Skills Required:


  • Qualification : 12th pass/Diploma/Any graduate or postgraduate can apply.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in
    Customer support /
    customer service can apply.

Responsibilities:


  • Handle the calls from customers from different countries
  • Solve customer issues and queries
  • Responding to the needs of customers
  • Selling and giving information on the products or services.
