Online GS Faculty for UPSC Preparation

Location:

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive and engaging course content aligned with the UPSC syllabus, ensuring clarity and relevance for students.
Deliver interactive sessions, utilizing multimedia resources and innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
Provide personalized mentorship and guidance to students, addressing their doubts, queries, and challenges effectively.
Facilitate doubtclearing sessions, mock tests, and revision classes to help students consolidate their learning and improve their performance.
Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and changes in the UPSC examination pattern and syllabus, incorporating relevant updates into the course curriculum.
Maintain regular communication with students to provide academic support, feedback, and encouragement throughout their UPSC preparation journey.

Requirements:

Successful completion of the UPSC interview process at least once.
Proficiency in delivering live online lectures via platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
Passion for teaching and mentoring UPSC aspirants, with a genuine desire to contribute to their success.
Techsavvy with the ability to use digital tools and multimedia resources effectively for teaching purposes.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving student needs, examination patterns, and teaching methodologies.
Graduation in a relevant discipline; postgraduation or higher academic qualifications will be an added advantage.
