Experience : 1+ years relevant experience is required.

Qualification :
Any Under Grduate/ Graduate.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day to day Appointment & front desk System
  • Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information.
  • Provide an effective communication link between customer and Senior staff.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers
  • Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
  • Maintain and update customer and referral information.

Salary :
Rs. 13,000/- to Rs.18,000/-.


Schedule:

  • Evening shift
  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Care Executive: 1 year (preferred)


Language:


  • English fluently (preferred)
