Experience : 1+ years relevant experience is required.Qualification :
Any Under Grduate/ Graduate.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage the day to day Appointment & front desk System
- Efficiently handle queries to ensure accurate & courteous communication, providing all required information.
- Provide an effective communication link between customer and Senior staff.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Ensure service is proactive & responsive whether in person, on the telephone or via mail. Confident with a pleasing personality.
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Maintain and update customer and referral information.
Salary :
Rs. 13,000/- to Rs.18,000/-.
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Customer Care Executive: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English fluently (preferred)
