Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand business and user requirements.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and style guides for our products.
Stay uptodate with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Be responsible for the design of the entire user experience, from initial concept to final implementation.
Take ownership of design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in designrelated fields or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other similar design tools.
Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working hours:

Mon-Friday 9 AM to 6 PM

Working Location:
WeWork Salarpuria Symbiosis, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

Work mode:
OnSite(No remote working option)

2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
A portfolio that showcases your design skills, process, and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
Strong knowledge of usercentered design principles and practices.
Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating design systems.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
