  • Responsible for overall Tooling Department control.
  • Involving in cycle time reduction and process improvement activities in machine shop.
  • To handling Department man power management according job.
  • Maintain and organizing tooling critical spare.
  • Maintain and improving tooling life's.
  • Maintain and organizing Tooling consumables.
  • Preparing and achieving Tooling PM
  • Co-ordinating with the NPD during trails
  • Prepare and maintain the tooling related Documents.
  • Import training to end user on need basis.
