Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including troubleshooting technical issues, updating course materials, and ensuring all content is up-to-date and accessible to students.
Resolve user queries through our various channels.
Serve as the first point of contact for student queries, providing timely and accurate responses to non-academic questions.
Collaborate with instructors to schedule live sessions and ensure they run smoothly.
Monitor student progress and engagement within the LMS, providing regular updates to instructors and management.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to LMS operations.

Skills Required:

Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, instructors, and colleagues.
