- TID machine credit /debit & QR code swipe work
- Tenant Registration in Bellevie
- Charges collection from residents pertaining to various facilities
- Collection of Security Deposit Cheque along with acknowledged copy of terms and conditions for events of City Common area
- Refunding cheques to residents as per information from commercial Team
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information and assistance to customer directing them on their queries.
- Reconciliation for TID machine with invoicing in portal on daily basis
- Cash /Cards weekly /monthly reconciliation report
- Customers Property tax tickets resolutions.
- MIS reports to back officer for various collection in counter.
- Customer Handling
- Managing mails.
