**Job Description:
- *
  • After receiving the files from inward department he/she will be responsible for performing the define process for subsidy work Central or state Gov. both
  • Documents checking process, prepare pending documents list and submit to their HOD
  • Prepare the bunch of files client wise and kept it in your record both hardcopy & softcopy.
  • Coordinate with clients for pending documents
  • Give visit to outward dept. for documents collection work.
  • After receiving the pending documents, scan all the documents and make folder client wise for office work and save on your system
  • Complete File hand over to team leader for verification.
  • Work for offline / online process
  • Once the database is prepared on Gov. Portal individually, then handover it to team leader for verification.
  • Provide status and updates to client related to their file, work and resolve their queries.
  • Keep in touch with clients for any clarification regarding the documents & other legal things
  • Tracking the record & update field executives on regular basis for completing the allocated tasks
  • Any other tasks assign based on business need

Required Key Skills:
-
Good communications skills both written & verbal Ability to listen and active problem solving skills

  • Must have basic knowledge of system & tools
  • Ability to handle pressure & Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexible & Strong grasping power

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 4 years (required)
