Jaynik Eduserve Private Limited, is one of the leading School ERP and EdTech company based out of Ahmedabad. We have more than 400 schools and colleges across India that are using our platform and more than users.

We are looking for a strong Customer support executive that has the following skills


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer skills like word/excel, which will allow the users to train and troubleshoot our product and services to Schools and colleges
  • Excellent Analytical skills
  • A high passion for customer satisfaction
Must have


  • Prior knowledge of working with Educational Institutions
  • A vehicle that they can use to commute and in and around the sales areas.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
